I began at my first kitchen position when I was 16 years old. Learning about different kinds of food and cooking techniques. Ive worked in over 30 kitchens for over 15 years. Under many chefs and with countless colleagues I have gained an abundance of knowledge that I want to share with you.

CREATING CONTENT
My Primary Camera for capturing course content is the SONY ZV-1. It has all the functions I need and I especially love the auto-focus feature! I also use a GoPro 9 for the above head shots. Im able to shoot in 4K and crop in to get my desired shot without having the camera in frame. I have lots of lighting set up and a Lavaleir Mic so that my voice is captured properly above the sizzle of the pan or the barking of the dogs...
